The main goal of this phase of the project was to build an MVP that FigTech Limited could use to secure funding and to achieve this we focused on 3 main goals:
Helping users set track and achieve their investment goal.
Providing users with investment packages tailored to meet their needs.
Providing users track their existing financial services on the MyFIG platform.

Results
The client was very happy after the work done in the first phase of the project because they were able to accomplish their goal of building an MVP to secure funding of €20,000 in the Innolab Insuretech 2022 Accelerator Programme.

During the sign-up process, users verify their account by using an OTP sent through SMS, set up a 4-digit PIN to help secure their account, and can set up biometric verification to serve as an extra layer of security. This is an important part of the onboarding process as we want to prevent any unauthorised access to the app.

Users are provided with life insurance policies and once a user finds a policy that’s right for them they can go ahead and provide the needed information to subscribe to it right on MyFIG.
